No Fix, No Fee Guarantee Terms & Conditions
Hyperlincs offers a No Fix, No Fee promise on all PC Support jobs where the fault has been determined by the Hyperlincs consultant to be a software issue. If the problem cannot be either resolved or improved, this will be considered a no fix situation. If the problem cannot be fully restored, but the computer is performing to a higher standard after the consultant has finished working on the computer, then this will not be considered a no fix situation.
Where the problem is identified by the consultant to be either a hardware issue, of a combination of hardware / software, then the no fix, no fee guarantee will not apply.
Website Health Check Terms & Conditions
Our health check report will be supplied to you via email, and will contain recommendations that will could improve the efficiency, speed and visitor numbers. This report will also include indicative costings if you with for Hyperlincs to carry out this wort, however you will be under no obligations to use Hyperlincs. Although the report will remain the property of Hyperlincs, you may share this report with third parties as long as the report is shared in full and is not edited in any way.
